Bu sabah bitti. Direniş sona erdi. Artık bayrağı devrettin kardeşim. Dinlenebilirsin. Günlerdir, aylardır küçücük bir hastane odasında devam ettiğin direniş artık sokaklara meydanlara taşıyor kardeşim. Seni unutmayacağız Berkin kardeşim.

Eminim ki sana ölmek değil de 15’inde 16 kilo olarak ölmek koymuştur. Olduğun gibi, hayat dolu bir delikanlı gibi gözükmek isterdin son ana kadar, biliyorum. Ancak, bizler seni hep gencecik hayat dolu ve umutları bolca olan biri olarak gördük Berkin. Seni daima güçlü olarak hatırlayacağız Berkin. Seni unutursak Allah belamızı versin Berkin!

Belki de yeni yeni duyuyorsun hakkında söylenen yalanları… Belki de hepsini duyduğun için tek başına bu kadar uzun süre mücadeleye devam ettin sen Berkin. Ekmek almak için çıktığın evine gidemediğinde seni vatan haini ilan etti hırsızlar Berkin. Biz ise seni masumiyetin resmi olarak gördük.

Polise taş attığını söylediler Berkin. Atmadın, hepimiz biliyoruz bunu. Seni bununla suçlayanlar bile biliyorlar bunu. Öyle olsaydı bile bunu hak edemezdin Berkin. Önünde güzel günler vardı Berkin. O hain elinden aldı senin geleceğini Berkin. UNUTMAYACAĞIZ!
